  I called them to tow my car. They said they would come get me took all my information. He said he would call and check where his tow guy was at. I waited for over an hour with no call back and no show. They didn't answer my calls when I called. I called the Barton County Sherriffs who told me to call Marshals instead. Marshals is there within 20 mins and kept me informed the entire time. Don't waste your time with Riverside!!

  My knight in a Black Chevy!! I called for help I was out of gas , dead battery and the sheriff was trying to help me however she was unsuccessful. The technician was there in like 20 min or less and I was in the middle of the sticks!! He fixed my car, made sure we stayed safe and his dog was cute too!! Thanks again!! Oh and super reasonable pricing !!! 10 out of 10!!

  We got locked out in the middle of nowhere (Seward) on JULY FOURTH and Riverside came to our rescue right away. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg but they charged their usual rate which is extremely reasonable. These folks are the bestest!
