  Late last night, my boyfriend had a medical emergency so we hopped in the car and when I turned the key to start the car, the transponder keyless shell/remote (the black part) CRACKED! This has never happened to me so I really didn’t know what to do as I was in a rush to Vanderbilt to the ER. I looked at the pieces and bent back the broken plastic inside and was able to put the pieces back together as it was about 85% broken. I had been holding the cracked part tightly every time I had to start the car since it cracked and it was wiggling and so unstable, also hurting my thumb cause I had to hold it so tight —and a certain way so it didn’t break more or fall into pieces again because I only have ONE key for my vehicle. Since last night, I’ve been trying to reach locksmiths and NO ONE called me back as I was told someone would or even picked up the phone. I didn’t see Nashville Locksmiths as an option on Google when I was researching last night but I called them this morning. I was told that a technician would call me back and not long after, Shawn (Shaun/Sean? Sorry, not sure of spelling) called me, explained to me how my key works and he gave me a quote. He called before he arrived and was able to replace my key in less than 10 minutes. I’m thoroughly impressed and very satisfied with his service, honesty, and kindness. I wanted to leave a review because he really helped me out as this weekend was very stressful for me. I would recommend Nashville Locksmiths and if I ever need any more locksmith services, I will never forget them. Thank you so much.

  My experience with Nashville Locksmith was nothing short of exceptional! My technician, Sean, was incredibly professional and kind. Not only did he get my key situation figured out quickly, my car needed a battery jump and he was quick to lend a hand helping me to get it running again. I will 10/10 recommend this service to everyone I know and will ONLY use this company in the future! BEST experience one could ask for!

  Sean was excellent to work with. He was very quick and attentive both times I needed him. He was able to get the remote for my car which is hard to find and installed it easily. I hope I don’t have to call a locksmith again, but if I do, I will call Nashville Locksmith.
