  Ref# 69717. He was kind, courteous, and professional. He was able to check my battery and alternator. From there he was able to change my battery in a timely manner. Also, he was very informative on the battery and was able to answer all my concerns. He made me feel safe even though I was outside in the dark. It shows you how important great customer service is. I was very grateful to him.

  Ray was kind enough to stop and assist with a quick tire change in the middle of a rainy night that derailed a 10+ hour round trip. Top notch service and top notch guy. I am very grateful for the customer service approach that he takes with his business.

  Swift and friendly service! At 1am in the morning, he was just as professional and cool as a person at 1pm in the middle of the day. I really appreciated him coming at a moment’s notice after locking my keys in the car from having my hands full. Highly recommend 🤗
