  I had 3 keys made at the kiosk in the local Lowe’s. The third key was free after I purchased the first two. None of the keys worked when I got home to try them in the lock. I would not recommend this method of getting keys cut. I know I will never use them again. I will be returning to Lowe’s to request a refund unless this company will do the stand up thing and refund my purchase money immediately. If they do I will give them a favorable review for doing the right thing by their customers in refunding their money when their products do not work correctly.

  I’ll never wait to get a key cut again. This thing is super slick. I did it while having a phone conversation at the same time

  The first time I copied 4 keys,but they were not working.the second time I moved another store it working very well,so convenient so helpful. Good review
