I followed the instructions to get my (very standard size) keys, but they were copied onto a key too large, so there was extra material and they don’t fit the lock. I went to the customer service desk at Walmart (as the kiosk instructed me to do, and they said I needed to reach out to the company directly. I needed the keys and thought it could’ve been my error (not pushing it in far enough, not holding it firmly enough), so I tried again. Same exact error. I called Minute Key’s phone number and they referred me to an online request. 4 days later and I have still not heard anything back from this request. So now I have 4 keys that don’t fit my door, and I’m out what I spent. Very frustrated. Ended up using KeyMe at Bed Bath and Beyond and had no troubles at all.

Best experience ever getting a key copy made!!!! Right inside Walmart, walk in, instructions were simple, takes cash or card, key was $4.25 and was done in a matter of minutes. Didn't need to wait for anyone and the key was perfect!! Highly recommend.

Had to make several copy keys for our rental condo. All copies worked as it should which is not always the case with other key companies. They will have my business again in the future.
