  I made 6 keys and none of them worked. I attempted to request a refund as the website states you can get a refund within 30 days if they don't work however the site would not allow me to submit my request. I sent an email from my private account and all I've received is an automated response asking for this review. I would not recommend using minute key.

  The machine works good. I over paid but was offered a refund or credit. I chose credit because I will use the machine again. Thank you

  I went to a Minute Key inside of a Walmart and it’s supposed to take either exact cash or card. No where does it say on this machine that the card reader doesn’t work. I try for a few minutes turning my card every which way before having to wait in the service desk line. I let the lady know it’s not working and she says “yeah it doesn’t take card” and then tells me I have to buy something in order to get change for my $10. Just a terrible process and ridiculous that no where on the machine does it indicate there’s an issue with payment. I go and buy something and then my key comes out scratched slightly on both sides where the design of the key should be. I’d recommend a different way to make a copy of your key.
