  Used it twice. First time was excellent got my key in minutes and it was easy and about the same price as everywhere. Key worked great ! Second time the keys I duplicated did not work at all. Contacted customer support and got a refund . However it was a big inconvenience. On the other hand there is a possibility of this happening even with a locksmith.

  I was so excited at 1st to know that I was getting a free key because their special was buy 2 keys get one free but when I tried the key I was very upset and disappointed because keys didn't work at all they weren't even cut the same as the original was. I would love a refund but unfortunately haven't received an answer yet...

  Very limited automatic key system. Only can replicate house and generic pad lock keys on file. Big step down from manual key machines. Do not bother if you're looking to duplicate keys from any type of vehicle.
