  I had 3 keys made, and it was an easy, fast and satisfying experience. I bought 2 keys and got 1 brass one for free. The keys all worked great when I tried them at home. I would recommend them.

  high quality keys, and you don't have to wait for an associate. but at $4 for the MK key and $5 for the basic brass key, the price is higher than finding an associate to cut the key in the hardware store. It is more convinient, though. It took about 15 minutes for it to cut 3 keys - the advertizement of a key in 1 minute is simply false.

  The machine worked really well and I was happy to interface directly with the machine to fabricate the key copies versus waiting for an employee to come and make a copy. Selecting the number of key copies took a little figuring out (pressing the key 4 times for 4 copies). Otherwise, very simplea nd each copy worked like a charm! Thanks :-)
