  My son left his keys at home one day while being dropped off at home. I was at work and couldn’t leave. I remembered that I had saved a key on their machine and decided to download the app and try it out. The people at the store weren’t able to help my son use the machine because they said they didn’t know how. I went to the app and printed the key to the machine successfully on the second try. I think I had to wait for the code to refresh the first time around, and when it did it was a straightforward process. My son received the key at the machine right away and we were all relieved!

  I got my keys made with no problem. The machine asked me if I wanted to "Save my Key" and asked for my email address. After getting home I had the opportunity to set up an account and I did using the same email address as on the machine. The system says it dose not have a key registered. Apparently that dosen't work.

  I did not time the amount of time it actually took but I can say it was pretty quick once I figured out what key I wanted. Oh and the key works
