I had 2 keys made. One of them worked and the other didn't. I tried to fill out the refund request form on the website but it wouldn't go through. I called customer service the next day and spoke to Vanessa. She was wonderful and said I would be reimbursed for the key that didn't work. There was no issue in getting this resolved.
