  I was worried about using the key machine. And I actually ordered 4 keys. Because of the offered discount. I even ordered a special mini mouse key. But sure enough the special key wasn't the correct to cut with my key. So it was the only one that didn't work. I felt oh well I'm sure lowes not responsible and I'm out my money. But to my surprise as I called Minute key. I had no problem at all! Excellent Customer Support! I will be making all my keys from now on at the machine! Im a landlord always needing keys. Thank You for FAST! CONVENIENT and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  2 out of the 3 keys do not work. Possibly the paint costing on the keys is too thick. The brass key works fine. The others will kit even fit into locks. First time this has happened.

  The minute key process at Lowes was so much better, faster, more efficient than tracking down an employee to wait while they figure what they are doing. And best of all the keys have worked 100% of the time. I am a fan!!
