  It gave me a blank key I was able to call and get a credit for the bad key and when I tried again it said it could not make the key. Ariel at customer support was awesome but I had to wait on hold standing at a kiosk for 10 minutes before anyone picked up. I have used for my house key with no issue so overall not bad but if it goes wron could be pretty inconvenient
