  I used a Minute Key Kiosk at Lowe's in Louisiana the other day, and somehow all 3 of my copied keys wouldn't turn in the lock when I got home. I called them, and a very friendly and professional representative assisted in getting a refund for me. I went back the next evening, and used the second kiosk they had at the same store. This time all 3 keys worked great.

  Made three defective and unusasble copies of key - obviously a problem with how original was "locked" into machine so entire key was not used as template. Wasted $11

  The keys opened the lock, but they hung up when trying to remove. I lubricated the lock but the problem persisted. I will continue using the keys, and hoping the problem will resolve in time.
