  Made 3 keys (it was buy 2 get one free) The machine was simple to use and didn't take too long, but they keys don't work. I've emailed the company for a refund but haven't heard back. Don't bother, go to ACE where they still make keys the old-fashioned way.

  The Key Machine was convenient, the price was reasonable, but none of the keys made would work in the door. Next stop was the Locksmith, and I got three for almost the same price there; and they worked.

  Don't use this machine! Got 7 keys none of them worked! And it cost me 25$. Just go somewhere else this thing is trash.
