  The copy key didn't work for the lock. I ended up going to home depot and got the copy keys that worked. Just normal keys.

  The theory is a good one but neither of the keys we cut work and it is not convenient to go all the way back for $6 so I just had them recut at a hardware store and am out the money.

  This is a great service... sometimes I just don't have time to find a hardware store and even less time to wait for a person that knows how to work the hardware store key machine! Thanks for setting up a self service key machine at most Wal-Mart stores.
