I have visited the kiosks in Walmart in three different cities, but is unable to get a key made.

Lorretta, Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us about your concerns with our kiosk. I'm familiar with what you may have experienced. We often get customers with one type of key (KwikSet, Schlage, or Weiser) who want a particular design that is not offered at that kiosk for their type of key. For example, if you have a Weiser key, you may only be offered brass keys. Or, if you have a Schlage, you may only be offered some of the designer keys, but not the same ones that are offered for KwikSet customers. I am more than happy to assist you with this issue, however there is 2 possible courses of action we may take, dependent upon your needs and wishes. I can simply grant and process a refund, or, if you still need the keys, I can forward to you spme Key Codes, which will enable you to re-cut your keys, at no charge to you Please advise how you would like to proceed, and we will get started together.
