  They responded quickly and arrived a couple hours later. The locksmith seemed to not know what he was doing and he had to drill the lock out.

  Obnoxious foreign based customer service, they told me 30 mins. It was 45 before the locksmith called to tell me an hour and half. Just called State Farm instead, here in 30 minutes. Waste of time to call.
