  There is a stand alone kiosk at the Lowe's I went to this weekend. It was so nice to be able to quickly have copies of my key made and not have to wait for an employee to come and help me. I was skeptical at first, but when I got home the keys worked like a charm. I thought this was a great service and will use again in the future.

  machine was easy enough to use. I put the key to be copied in , new key produced. Took it home and does NOT work well. It will eventually open door, but very frustrating. Disappointed to spend time going to lowes to get key made , come all the way back home only to find it doesnt work well. Wont do that again.

  Pretty basic actually. You place the keys in the machine and the computer does all the work. It's easy enough that the customer could do it without any assistance.
