This was my first time to use your key machine and I was amazed at the whole process. My one suggestion for improvement is: When you ask "Would you like a free key?" After I had ordered 2 keys, it was unclear if you meant my second key would be free or I had to order a third key to be the free key. I ended up with 3 keys and spent $8 when I only needed 2. Wish I would have ordered 1 key for $4 and known the second key would be the free key.
