  out of key blank of particular kind in the machine, the message said "cannot make your key.. contact customer service". It should say something else, and it should notify someone to restock. Customer service is useless..

  I purchased 2 keys and neither one of them would unlock my door. I to go somewhere else to get them made. A waste of money
