  key fits and works great. I would have gone home emptied handed at Lowes because the associate working in hardware didn't know how to make keys, plus their machine was out of order. Good thing Minute Key was by the checkouts.

  I purchased the buy 2 get 1 free and when I got home none of the keys worked. I contacted the company about the issue and asked for a refund but haven't heard anything back. Update: After speaking with customer service, they are going to refund me to cost of the keys. I really hope they can recalibrate the machines to cut keys right the first time. I have had keys cut at a machine in Walmart and never had a problem.

  I needed to make copies of keys. There was no one to do it so I had to use auto machine. Made 3 keys. None of them worked at all. Then had to go all way back almost 1 1/2 hours to a different location that was the closest. After have to go around and around with the store which took almost an hour finally got gift card even though I had receipt then go to the Minute Key Center and wait another 35 minutes for someone to come and cut 3 more keys. Finally got out went another over 2 hours back home thanks to traffic. Tried the NEW 3 KEYS which 2 of them actually worked now I have to drive another 1 1/2 hours back to store to get 3rd key recut because for whatever reason the employee inserted the key blank in upside down and it wouldn't work because it was cut wrong. So seriously upset like I said got to go another at least 1 1/2 hours one way not included traffic and going to have to argue with people at store then have to wait again to get another key cut drive and additional 1 1/2 HOURS not including traffic and hope that it will actually work and be done with this nightmare.I definitely don't recommend this. There is no excuse for this. Wasted so much of my time,not to mention aggravation, and wasted gas that's almost$3.00 a gallon.
