  You all must be the very best at what you do!!!! I am a dummy making equipment work; no matter how focused I am at following the directions and the steps I need to take to make the equipment work, I falter and sometimes fail. Your equipment is SO EASY and simple to operate. It was FUN! You’ve thought of everything that could happen and assure the customer through the steps that everything positive is happening through the key replication process! Kudos to you all! I give you an eleven stars 🌟 out of a possible ten stars!!!

  It was pretty simple and straight forward. If you get two copies, you get one free. I did find that they charged tax as odd since it is more a service than a goods. Also, it did take what seemed like an eternity to make all three copies. Furthermore, it would be nice if the free key could be used on another key rather than the same key.
