  I purchased 3 keys from you guys and not one of them work to unlock the door that I bought them for. You say that you guarantee the keys will work but none of them did and now I just have 3 keys that don’t work and have to go somewhere else to get the keys made. I’m not happy with the services at all and probably won’t ever use your company again.

  I had to keys made and neither of them worked. I sent a message to customer service and have not heard back.
