  It was my very first time using Minute Key to make keys. The worker at Wal-Mart showed me how it was done and I realized it was so very easy that even a child could probably do it. I purchased two keys and received one free key. The experience was a pleasant one and if I need keys made in the future, I will certainly not be shy about using Minute Key.

  Had 3 door keys made. Traveled 5 miles to destination. None would open the door. The original key, that I made the minute keys from, fit perfectly. I had to wait until morning and then go to a professional locksmith. I know they are guaranteed but maybe the cutting mechanism has become dull. When the minute keys were dispensed, they weren't smooth as they usually are. I was disappointed.

  I love the convenience of the machine. However, I don't like that when you have multiple keys, you have to pay separate. With advanced technology we should be able to swipe our card once for multiple keys, but you cannot and it is a super slow process. I stood for almost 30 minutes with four different keys.
