  I had three house keys made at Lowe’s in Greenville, MS. None of the keys worked. I called the number on my emailed receipt and got a prompt refund. The Kiosk is convenient but not effective.

  I have used your service twice at Lowes in Greenville, MS, both times the keys were cut wrong and did not work, very poor service, then you have to go online for refund. Will never waste my money on Minute Key again
