I made three copies of the same key at the location in Muncie Lowe's. None worked. I decided that maybe I had not pushed the original in far enough, so I went back and tried again. None worked. I did NOT go back to the customer service desk at Lowe's. In my prior experience, that has been slow--well worth it if there is serious money involved, but this was only $20 total and my time is worth more than that--especially on a hectic day when I was trying to get a lot done. I have used this machine previously with better results. I suspect that it needs a tune-up or some adjustments. But this was a lousy experience

I had two keys copied (6 each), for a total of 12 keys. Because there were two separate keys, it was two transactions. However, I only received one receipt sent to my email. I did this for a business needing to be reimbursed...not a good paper trail to duplicate a receipt. ☹

What a pain ! How do I get my money back? I think you are trying to not return it. Make it difficult to use.
