Horrible Service! Let me start with the woman who answered the phone. She was very rude, impatient and far from professional. When my information was taken she stated "a tech would arrive shortly", as I was in the middle of asking for an estimated time "shortly" meant she hung the phone up on me. So I called back ten minutes later to find out an estimated time, I was informed that the tech wouldn't be able to reach me till the next day. Absolutely horrible service I highly do not recommend. No wonder why there are no other reviews.
