  None of the 3 keys that were made work. I will be contacting the # on the receipt for a refund. I've previously had good experience with Minute Key so I'm not sure what happened here. Apprehensive to give it another try at the moment.

  After waiting for 20 minutes to get key cut at the hardware department, went to the Minute Key , found similar design of what I wanted, and got a free one by buying 2. Keys all work smoothly. Very happy and surprised.
