I was very happy to have this option available as an employee was no where to be found to cut a key as Home Depot . It was very easy to walk up to the machine, follow instructions, pay and walk out w/a working key!

Everytime I have used one of these kiosks,I've never had an issue with the key not working. I really love the convenience of the machine and the cost is no different from a locksmith
