  Had a key made yesterday. Asked Lowes employee where to find the key section. Giant neon key displayed. Duh. All I had to do was look. I freaked a little because it was a machine and not a person that would be making the key. I’m obviously old school but I also know I need to stay up with current day progress. So I just did what the machine told me to do. I can’t even say there was a best part to any of the steps to make the key. The entire process was so easy. And fun to do. I was excited to choose the colorful design of the key (chose the psychedelic colors - hippy memories). Fast and easy. I wanted to make more. Got home and tried key in door - worked smoothly. Keys made by keymakers in past used to be rough if they didn’t buff them enough after cutting them. Loved the whole experience even though it was a small one. 😁

  Went to your competitor down the road first. Key machine "down". Good for you. Very customer friendly key machine. I'll certainly use again. Thanks for not being "down"...
