I did duplicate key few weeks back and it wasn't perfect. So I reached out to customer service they gave me refund instantly. Following week I tried in another Walmart store and keys worked as expected. Great experience with self service option. Awesome to see in almost all Walmart store in Austin. Not sure about other cities.
