  I used Minute Key for my daughters new home keys 3 weeks ago and they worked great. I tried to make copies for my home but none of them worked so I contacted Minute Key and not only did they respond within 24 hrs they gave me a full refund! Customer service was great, I’ll use Minute Key again and recommend recommend them!

  Extremely hard to use. If paying with cash, the system will accept exact change only. In most cases you pay more. (e.g., $9.50 is the total. To pay with cash the customer must put in $10.00) No change given! That is not acceptable. Also, there have many times I had to swipe my credit card several times before your system would accept my card(s) Overall, thats bush league.

  Using an automated machine to make a key seemed like a waste of money but it worked. It's so easy and cheap!
