  Was surprisingly easy. Only complaint was that there was no indication that the key to be copied needed to be inserted with the teeth facing up. The audio instructions stated that however that part played after I had already inserted the key upside down and we had to wait to cancel the transaction and start over. Other than that was a great process.

  First, I made 4 keys at Lowes using the old key copying machine and none of them worked. I then used the automatic Minute Key machine (also at Lowes) with not much hope, AND surprisingly, they WORKED perfectly!!! Lowes should get rid of the old machine and use only Minute Key machine.

  It was ok. It's stupid you have to have exact change. So if it's $12. You have to have a $10 and $2 singles. Who always has that? Why can't you pay with a $20 and get change. Also you can't put change in there for the tax so basically you get ripped off for the change. So don't use cash. Just use a card. The keys came out good. They worked and were cut nice
