  NEVER AGAIN! Convenience was not worth the poor quality. Got 3 keys for the price of two which is a great offer. I tested the keys when I got home but only fit, I set the others aside to return for a refund. By the next evening we were all locked out because the key got stuck in the deadbolt and could NOT be removed! Eventually we got in another way and I removed the deadbolt from the inside. I then had to spend more money than I intended by installing a keyless entry system. I did get at Lowe’s but the headache was not worth a convenient kiosk. I will always get my keys made by person.

  Because the keys are 'guaranteed to work' I didn't bother trying them. However when I tried to use one of the keys it turns incredibly hard - to the point that my wife probably won't be able to use it. Unfortunate since I had multiples of 2 different keys made.

  The Keys that I had made did not work. I am giving three stars though because customer service quickly refunded my purchase with no questions asked after I requested the refund.
