  I purchased 5 copies of a key that did not fit my lock. Trusting that we would have brand new keys, these keys were too big to fit my lock. What a waste of time. I hope people see this post and don't waste their time and money on this service.

  I have used Minute Key several times to make copies of house keys. I only ever had 1 key that didn't work. I called them and they offered a choice between having the money refunded or receiving an email code to use to get a new one made at any Minute Key. I opted for the code and got a new key that worked perfectly. Minute Key is a great value.

  keys didn't work and are obviously cut wrong. not impressed for $4/key.
