Horrible customer service. Returned 2 keys and never received a refund. Had to dispute with my credit card company.  Accounting could not even pull up my order. Will NEVER buy from them again. RIP OFFS!

Take them 3 months to process a return. And even than only after a dispute as they don’t care at all when you call.

So, Midwest Keyless was purchased by another company. The quality of products is about the same. Unfortunately, my sales rep has retired. I made 3 shall orders throughout the day, I paid for FedEx overnight shipping. I received 3 separate FedEx shipments... What a waste. Then I ordered a pair of TOY-257RC, on the app. I only received one, and nobody has the courtesy to call me to explain that they didn't have anymore. But, when I want a 2nd remote, TOY-257, I get charged shipping, for their screw up. You guys really need to get it together. I called in, and explained my problem, but the lady was like "we're trying to do our job better".... What? Trying to do your job better? You kidding me? Your admitting you haven't done your job before? You should always call customers back when short inventory arises! How inconsiderate, it's obvious people don't know what their job is... I used to order 85-90% from Midwest. I'm slowly sharing with everybody else, but I get the impression that people won't (or care to) take me seriously.

I've had nothing but a VERY POSITIVE experience with the folks here.  I've been doing business with them for a long time, A+ seller.  Have I had problems?  Sure, but they've always tried to accommodate as best as a person can..

Great company.  They have the best prices around.  Customer  service is top notch. If we have a problem they take care of it immediately.
