Went here after a KeyMe kiosk didn’t do a good job. Asked for three building front door keys, three apartment keys and a mail box key. All done within ten minutes and for under 20$, with friendly service. Absolute recommend!

Doesn't have the stock of Don's lock and key.  The staff is helpful and professional, and the techs are great.

Been using this vendor for 7 years for an investment property. Was basically told we never existed this morning when asking for maintenance and that they were not accepting new customers when we have been a customer for everything intercom/access related for years. Horrible and rude manner of dealing with long time clients by management and calls between departments are not returned in a timely manner. As of today, the access control department isn't taking new (or existing for that matter) clients or work, so take your business elsewhere.

Incredible! Really, incredible. In the first week of September I contacted them by phone and then we continued by email, my goal was to get installed a new intercom system on my gate. Kyeniya mostly emailed with me, (never quick to answer but usually kept up the correspondence). I would have preferred to have just talked directly but they always wanted to refer me to someone within their company that specialized an intercom systems. Finally two weeks later they organized that the owner of the company would visit my house to give me an estimate. On the day of the visit he called me to tell me it wouldn't be needed and he would just give me an estimate after looking at my emails. (Finally i thought, just TELL ME HOW MUCH!) I had sent them pictures of the old intercom and they knew every single detail. He had promised to get back to me by Friday or Monday, but nope.....eventually another week went by,  and I heard nothing from them at all.  I sent one final email,  telling them to pretty much forget it that it would have been easier had they told me they weren't interested..... it is now October and they finally answered and told me "you are welcome to seek another vendor for the job, etc"...what a waste of my time!

I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the owner, Jim, when I communicated the details of a project he was supposed to do for me. Our project was small in size compared to probably most of the work they perform and Jim made that very clear when he told me to find somebody else that he didn't have time for people like me.

Very friendly,you get acknowledged as soon as you walk in the door and if you find that if your key doesn't work you can get a refund with no problem.
The people are a lot better than those I deal with in places like LOWE'S, HOME DEPOT,etc.

Very good, highly recommend, it got every locks and keys. But if you have a key or lock with a sign as do not copy from your old place, someone or need a spares, then no help with any identity of your own, such as your own dmv card, passport, governmental id, etc by togetherness. Unless, some legal proof for that key or lock. It's a very good place, doing as saying " by the book ".

I find their attitude towards their customers to be reprehensible. They gave me a very sloppy delivery estimate on a a job because of how much they had to outsource, but when I called much later to find out what the timeline was, I was basically told that if the building had survived this long without it, it won't matter if it waits another week. If your ONLY business is helping people with security concerns, I fail to see why you would then give them grief for wanting it done as soon as possible, especially when your original estimate was a week earlier. EVERY delay was someone else's fault. I do not believe their reasons for the delays, I don't think their schedules are that inflexible, and I don't ever want to do business with them again.

They have no customer service at all and they are very unprofessional and just straight up rude . I called several times to get a quote and just to talk to someone I finally spoke to a gentleman but he said he could not help and they would call me back still waiting for my phone call . I'm taking my business somewhere else . SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I'm not quite sure what parking has to do with changing locks – as the other reviewer stated. However, I do know that Metro rekeyed my home quickly and did it right, even keying an extra deadbolt that I had yet to install for no extra fee. Days later I bought a second deadbolt and was able to go into the shop and have it changed within minutes.

So they may park like crap (like 99% of other SF drivers), but it's not reflected in their service whatsoever.
