  My mother passed and I needed some of her old keys from 1956 to be able to take care of her estate. These folks were able to duplicate every one of them! Don was very kind and just made my whole experience there a good one! I highly recommend Metro! Great customer service!!

  I locked my keys in my trunk and called Metro to come help. The gentleman over the phone was absolutely incredible, professional and calming to talk to. The gentleman who showed up to help me (in less than the 15 minute ETA) was also polite and professional. They made this easy and funny for me to go through rather than irritating, stressful and inconvenient. Definitely a high recommendation in my book! Thanks so much Metro Lock and Key!!

  They replaced a worn-out lockset at my home in May 2021. I told technician from the beginning that I wanted a Schlage lockset & assumed that's what he installed. Immediately started having problems with knob being terribly difficult, if not impossible to turn. Technician came back & adjusted something but within a day it was sticking again. In early July I discovered that I did NOT have the Schlage lockset I paid for. They had installed some other brand without telling me. In August I finally called the owner Donnie. He promised that he would get right on it and replace the lock with the one I wanted & make sure it was working properly. After calling him several more times & getting put-off & never getting call backs, I gave up. It's November now & I still haven't heard a word back from Donnie. I feel like I threw $131 in the trash can.
