  I am a satisfied customer and would do business again. The mechanic that came to my residence did an excellent job. And I was astonished to learn that a mechanic could come fast if I were to need a pre-purchase inspection. Nice!

  $450 to have a battery changed out. This is just your average battery, also. I’m honestly shocked as to how someone can charge this much. Also- when looking at the invoice, there was no breakdown of cost. I canceled because why would anyone pay nearly $500 to have a battery replaced?

  Joshua Wiegand unfortunately sir we could not accommodate your request for the price you wanted, we do not provide used parts. Your battery location is far different from standard in fact it is located inside your fender well which is far more than your typical battery replacement not to mention your vehicle calls for a AGM battery which we include with a 4 year warranty plus battery terminal reconditioning. As you know our services are extremely convenient as you have been a repeated customer, you were requesting a battery replacement on the coldest day in Michigan which we still sent a technician out to your home to replace said battery, our prices are pretty standard and we will always provide a price breakdown upon request. Granted a regular flooded battery would be a cheaper replacement but it’s not what the manufacturer suggested, and our policies states we follow manufacture recommendations and that is why our warranties are so great. Please remember, cheap parts always cost you more in the long run and we will never take short cuts even IF it makes our customers upset.   I must say I was thoroughly impressed by this service. It was a Sunday & they was on-time, very professional & extremely helpful. Roy was the mech for a Brake job needed & he went above & beyond. I must say that I will definitely use again and spread the word to others. I am extremely happy to have discovered them. Convenience means everything to me & convenient they are. Very professional, polite, dedicated, efficient & informative all around. Thank you all seriously.
