  Called because locked out of home. Martin showed up in a very timely manner and did a picture ID of me to make sure I was the owner. He was very pleasant, very capable and very reasonable.

  There’s a reason Martin’s Lock Shop has been in business since I can remember…and that’s a good long time! They are first and foremost…Polite! Add in professional, knowledgeable, impressively fast and providing great value for money for a customer win! And did I mention polite? There seems to be a sad rarity of good quality work and customer service these days, NOT the case @ Martin’s Lock Shop! A very big THANKS to Joe and the team for all of your help with the locks and keys on the “BEAST”! He’s still ugly for a minute, but now definitely secure! Thanks again! I’ll be back and will tell all who will listen!!
