  The men is very rude and his mother has no knowledge of anything. My package weight was 4.12 lb and I was charged for 5lb. I called FedEx and they told me if the weight is under 4,5 lb, they must bring it down to 4 lb. I am waiting for a credit from fedex that they promised to give me the credit for 1lb once it’s invoiced to their système. I will never ever ever go back to the thief and I advice everyone to do so. They do not even shoe you the weight of your package. Very corrupt

  Thank you for leaving your feedback today after we just spoke on the phone where you told us to go "f**k" ourselves. First of all, the package you shipped from our store was by DHL to Algeria, not FedEx. Unfortunately, the information you claim to have received from FedEx was incorrect. I have personally contacted each of the carriers we are authorized shippers for (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL) and all of them have the same standards in determining final weight when shipping a package (that we were trained to follow and have done so for the past 19 years); that if a number goes over the current whole number, it is rounded up to the next whole number. That means, regardless if the package was 4.12 lbs, 4.01 lbs, or 4.89 lbs, each carrier rounds the weight to the next whole pound, in this case, 5 lbs, and that was the final weight entered for your package. You have proof of the weight from the pictures you took of the shipping label & commercial invoice generated for your package. If you were unhappy with the service provided, you certainly have the option not to ship the package with us, but after the items to be shipped was packaged, labeled, and shipped, no concerns or any dissatisfactions were ever voiced. In fact, you thanked us for our assistance before you left.

  I absolutely love them. This is my neighborhood go to mailing depot. I'm not from here, I'm from Akron, OH and it's good to go into a place that is a one stop shop! I send my packages, obtain tracking receipts, mail my letters, purchase my stamps, and get my documents notarized, what more can I ask for?!

  I always mail my packages with this excellent family owned business. It is nice that they always give you options for the best price to ship any particular box. If I have not had the right packing materials at home, they can be relied on to provide reasonable packing services. I would highly recommend this business.
