  Quoted me 70$ on the phone and then the tech wanted to charge me 175$. I had to talk to the nasty dispatcher for full 3 minutes before she gave me a price. Hmmm, wonder why? Not to mention every single person was unpleasant from the dispatcher to the technician who didn’t come for 3 hours without any updates. He didn’t damage my car so I guess that’s something. 2 stars for that. Once he got here he was fast. 100% do not recommend. Super shady customer dealings.

  fast key removal.. but their customer service rep didn't tell us there was an extra charge for weekends till we got the bill
