I use this company for alot of my work locks keys and repairs that I can't do  all the guys there has been in the business along time and knows their stuff highly recommend

Wonderful customer service:  friendly, helpful, respectful, lighthearted.  Called initially with odd problem:  Yakima Bike Rack locked and key missing.  MIke Mantle, spoke to me on phone.  Good directions given.  Arrived to find easy parking.  Mike helped me with problem and exceeded my expectations:  cut 2 new keys for me promptly. This was the day after Christmas, but allthe personnel seemed relaxed, knowledgeable, helpful. Will definitely go back for all lock/ key needs.  Did not think their prices were anything but fair.

Very helpful people. Went in to get new copies of keys for work. They weren't sure the keys would work, because apparently we have some obscure key size, and have been told this by other key places as well. So they made me 2 copies and didn't charge me for them, in case they didn't work. Well, the keys didn't work. They asked me to bring in the lock core and they would try to get one sized. We haven't had time to bring the core in yet, but I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to try and help.

We had a lock replaced today. Our technician, Nate, was quick and efficient. He was incredibly kind and great to chat with. He went above and beyond by fixing another lock on his way out. Highly recommended. Will always be the first call I make, when I need help.

This place is really cool and I never knew it existed but if you never knew like me and need a lock of any kind go check them out they have all kinds of security products also.

If you have a strange key you need duplicated, this is where you need to be, they have an entire wall of key blanks, odds are good they'll have it and the copy they make for you will work right without having to come back.
