  We did not have a great experience with our safe purchase and install from them. They did a bad job with the install (crooked and leaning forward and they charged us for more bolts than they actually installed) and then the keypad went out on the safe and and they told us to keep trying different things, which pushed us out of warranty. So now we are having to spend hundreds of dollars to replace a keypad that would have been under warranty if they would have replaced it the first time we called. Their techs who have come to the house are polite, just a shame the install and follow up service aren’t better.

  I tried to get my office keys duplicated for 10 people at the minute key machine at Walmart and the keys didn’t even work. Finally took my key to these guys and they fixed me right up. Even got a little tour of all the safes they have in house and there’s a huge selection. Really nice guys working here as well, very helpful.

  Cory took great care of us when we went to get some keys made. I would highly recommend King Safe and Lock for whatever you may need. We were looking to get chipped keys made and Cory exceeded our expectations. Friendly and knowledgeable service at reasonable prices.
