  First time using the machine it failed to produce a key. Second attempt was successful and the key works well. My credit card was charged for two keys when I only received one. My rating will change when my cc statement shows a correction.

  Called the number listed. They asked for a zip code which I gave. The line went to a recording and said we do not service that area and the phone went dead even though they have someone shown 45 minutes away
