I was happy with the self service, however, the price on a standard key has doubled since last time I made one. I got keys earlier today at Walmart, where someone made them for me and they cost half as much. I think your prices are ridiculously high. Especially when a machine and I are doing the work. Please reduce your pricing, otherwise I will not come back.

Fast and easy way to get duplicate keys made. I have used several times in the last couple months and would highly recommend. In fact, I did recommend this service to the guy in Menards walking by who asked about it!

It was easy to have the keys made and relatively quick. My only concern is the keys are a thinner metal that does not seem nearly as sturdy as the original and could bend under pressure. For the price I did expect a heavier metal key.
