  Terrible service. Claim to be a 24 hour service but do not have technicians on call 24 hours a day for each of the days of the week. Instead of calling back and telling my daughter who is stranded with her keys locked in her vehicle, they simply text her back saying her call for service has been cancelled. Don’t advertise you are open 24 hours a day and not have a service technician on call! Had to call them a 3rd time to get a refund for the service call. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  After waiting over 3 hours for Triple A, we were able to get a locksmith in under 30 minutes from KeyMe.
