Poor customer service - I called to get key duplicates of a small order of 3 keys. Was told they unfortunately do not do small orders of keys. Had to ask for a reason as to why, they originally just told me they could not help me. Were unable to provide any referrals for possible help. My opinion is that there is a gap in services and a missed opportunity on the company’s part to earn referral commissions for small orders of keys under 25 duplicates. Do not know many small businesses that need 25+ duplicates of keys.

I called KeyMe and they dispatched Abdul. We made an appointment to install a replacement dead bolt. He texted a photo of what he was installing. On the appointed time , someone else showed up who knew nothing of the job to be done and did have the right hardware and color. Then Abdul called, but an incomplete job had already been done. It’s like they put my job on a job posting site to be filled by the first locksmith who saw it. Totally unprofessional.
