  Just got charged $275 + tip for a locksmith to come out and pop a door open in our office. It took him less than 3 minutes from the time he walked in the door to open it. When we called to discuss why it cost so much they tried to tell us the locksmith sets their own prices but when we informed her the locksmith told us he had to call into his office to figure out what they were going to charge she hung up on me. A few minutes later they called back from a different number and asked for a review but only wanted to know what we were charged then immediately hung up on me again.

  Been trying to get a copy of my car key for a couple of years. Most places couldn't even copy it, the places that could were way to expensive! KeyMe was fast and adorable!

  I locked out of my house with my kids. Husband was still at work and could not leave. I was charged max rate at $200 prior to closing time and all they did was spend 2 seconds popping my house door open. They contracted out to G Locks. Dont get taken advantage of like I did. I never felt so taken advantage of. They called me after to see how my experience was and I told them. She said she would let a manager know and I never heard back.
