The technician was 40 minutes past the estimated time of arrival, and not even the other technicians could not get ahold of them. Disorganized is the best way I can describe this, not to mention the fact that the flat rate is $140. If you need quick and efficient service with good communication, call SOS Diagnostics and they’ll get the job done for $75.
